The booking process
Once we have received your enquiry we will contact you via phone or email (whichever is your preference) to ensure we have all your event details in order to give you an exact price. You may add extras at a later date but no later than one week before your party is due to take place.
When you have confirmed the date and time we will supply special invitation cards for you to send out to your guests. At least 5 days before your party we will ask you for the names of your guests so we can personalise any special items you have ordered. We will also discuss with you the pieces we will make on the day and any special requests from the party host.
On the day of your event we will arrive approximately 45 minutes before start time to set up. All we require is a table big enough to seat your guests comfortably. We will require around 30 minutes after the jewellery session to tidy and pack away, so it is preferable that party food and cake be kept from the table until after the end of the workshop.
When you are ready to confirm your booking we will ask you to sign a Confirmation Agreement and pay the party fee as a deposit. We will then supply special invitation cards for you to send to your guests. When you are able to confirm the exact number of guests we will ask you to pay the balance (no later than 3 days prior to the party).
Outside 30 days of your party date we will offer a full refund or new booking.
We are unable to offer refunds within 30 days of your beading party, unless in exceptional circumstances such a severe illness or family bereavement. In this case you may either cancel and receive a full refund, or re-book your party on a future available date.
